ASSIGNMENT DETAILS

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

REQUIREMENTS
- Active RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Experience in ICU/CCU environment

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and coordinate patient care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care as necessary.
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining competency of clinical staff and resource management.
