Job Description:

Shift: M - F 8 - 4:30

• Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

• Remains current on maintenance logs and documentation.

• Manages and maintains tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Collaborates with other departments to ensure maintenance tasks do not interfere with patient care.

• Follows all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to identify equipment needs, parts and supplies, and maintain adequate inventory

• Able to communicate in English

• Must have the ability to document records neatly and accurately

• Ability to generate requisitions for materials and supplies

• Ability to assign priority and teams in a timely manner

Education:

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Field of Study:

• High School/Equivalent grad OR 5+ years experience required

Work Experience:

• 2+ healthcare/hospital HVAC maintenance [Highly Preferred]

• 3+ hvac commercial experience [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Driver's License (DL) [Preferred]
