Assemblers WantedWe're currently hiring assemblers for a top employer in the Fitchburg area. We have 1st and 2nd shift openings, with potential for hire after completion of evaluation period.Company offers excellent opportunity for growth, comprehensive benefits package, climate-controlled work environment, on-site clinic and fitness center, plus much more.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Assembling components utilizing hand tools and fixtures into high quality products.Practicing safe practices and upholding quality and safety standards.Training new employees on procedures and assembly techniques.Testing new product.Sharing ideas and suggestions for improvements regarding product design and assembly in an effort to create quality and user-friendly products.Assist in defining assembly process & work instructions.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Prior experience using hand toolsAbility to read and understand measuring instrumentsMust not be allergic to fiberglass, plastic, glue, or insulationShould have good dexterity and body flexibilityMust be able to use a computer to view work instructions, enter production data and operate test equipmentMust be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for up to 10 hours while performing work at waist levelAbility to work in a team environment and maintain strict attendance standards.Schedule:1st shift: Candidates need availability 5am - 2pm Mon - Fri2nd shift: Candidates need availability 1pm - midnight Mon - ThursPay:1st shift: $19/hour2nd shift: $19.50/hourUpon hire at completion of probationary period, pay will jump to $21+/hour.Interested Candidates Can Apply Many Ways:- Call or text for immediate consideration and to speak with an Employment Specialist- Submit online application- Send resumes to View email address on click.appcast.io
