Responsibilities As a lead in the building, the Program Manager will treat patients while gaining leadership experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager. Collaborate with teams to provide high-quality patient care and ensure program goals are met. Act as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and staff within the outpatient setting.
