Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to existing and prospective clients

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and text messages professionally and promptly

• Assist clients with billing inquiries, claims questions, and coverage reviews

• Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatement's

• Follow up with customers regarding policy renewals and retention opportunities

• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to licensed agency producers

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency systems

• Assist with claims reporting and provide exceptional support throughout the claims process

• Schedule appointments and support daily agency operations

• Meet service and retention goals established by the agency

Requirements

• Previous customer service, administrative, retail, banking, or insurance experience preferred, but not required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient with computers and common office software

• Positive attitude and a desire to help others
