Position Description

Job Summary

The Territory Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing customer accounts within North and South Carolina. This role focuses on driving sales revenue, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts within the assigned territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, operations
Position Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Experience managing a territory or client portfolio
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
