Territory Account Manager

Application Instructions Due to continued growth, Reading Crane & Engineering, A Flatiron Crane Operating Company is looking for a Territory Account Manager to join our highly skilled team. - Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts within the assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Experience managing a territory or client portfolio
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
