Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPay: $61.00 - $69.00 per hourJob description:Needs:1 full time position in Burlington County, 1 full time position in Gloucester County. We will accept part-time and per diem as well.Availability: Looking for Nurses who want to work at least 3 days/weekRequirements:6 months of hands-on therapy experiencePhysical Therapy License in NJDriver's licenseAccess to a vehicleCar insuranceCPR for health care providersMust be able to lift 50 lbsBenefitsFull time and part time staff are eligible for health and dental benefits if they complete at least 20 points per week.Full time- 25-30 points per weekPart time- 15-20 points per weekPRN- under 15 points per weekEveryone is eligible to contribute to the 401k. There is no match.*Benefits eligible the first of the next month if they start before the 15th and eligible the first of the month after if they start after the 15th (start date 5/2 benefits start 6/1, start date 5/19 benefits start 7/1)Time offFull time- RN’s and PT’s will earn 15 PTO days and 6 paid holidays.Part time- RN’s and PT’s will earn prorated PTO dependent on commitment.HHA’s will earn up to 40 hrs of NJ sick leave.*Accrual for time off starts after 90 daysJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diemWork Location: In person
