Gerente de Casos de Campo RN – Hospicio (Hialeah, FL) Horario: lunes a viernes, 8:00AM a 5:00PM, con rotación de guardias. Se requiere viaje diario a todo el condado de South Miami‑Dade. Se debe ser completamente bilingüe en inglés y español. Entorno de apoyo orientado al trabajo en equipo con oportunidades de crecimiento profesional y salario y beneficios competitivos. Responsabilidades Desarrollar registros de progreso de atención al paciente individualizados. Registrar cambios en el manejo del dolor/síntomas. Enseñar técnicas de atención al paciente. Comunicarse con el equipo de atención. Realizar responsabilidades de guardia y otras tareas asignadas. Requisitos Competencia bilingüe completa en inglés y español. Licencia de enfermero registrado vigente. Mínimo de 1 año de experiencia clínica como enfermero registrado. Certificación de RCP. Calificaciones Preferidas Experiencia en hospicio o atención médica en el hogar. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación. Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente. Gestión de prioridades.
