We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician at Rolling Hills Apartments in Lapeer, Michigan. Explore the property here www.rollinghillsapartmentsoflapeer.com and consider this your personal invitation to apply!

Your day-to-day:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems

• Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks

• Respond to work orders and resident service requests

• Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections

• Participate in an on-call rotation 1 week every 2 weeks

• Snow removal when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• EPA certification preferred

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits:

- $21/Hour
- Annual salary increases
- Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
- On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs
