Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support while processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer calls and emails professionally.
Process customer orders, quotes, returns, and shipment requests.
Provide order updates and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/ERP systems.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Shipping to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Assist with light shipping and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

2+ years of customer service or administrative experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience with CRM, ERP, or order management software preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
