- 5-7 years of Human Resources experience in retail, manufacturing, industrial or like environment
- comfortable with employee relations experience, including coaching, investigations, responses, and recommendations
- experience with in-house legal counsel
- ability to diagnose and solve performance problems
- experience in workforce planning in a corporate environment
- ability to occasionally travel in the region
- excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- ability to deliver presentations, document issues, provide recommendations, and alternatives
