About the Role

The Company is seeking a Market President to lead its market growth, profitability, and team performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial lending, business development, and community presence while ensuring strong credit quality and compliance. Key responsibilities include leading market strategy and revenue growth, originating and managing a commercial loan portfolio, driving new business development and client relationships, overseeing credit quality and risk management, and leading and developing a lending team. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in portfolio growth and business development, strong credit and financial analysis skills, and experience in leadership and team management. Applicants for the Market President position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years of banking experience, with a focus on commercial lending. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in credit and financial analysis, as well as a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team. The ideal candidate will have a successful history of driving market strategy and revenue growth, originating and managing a commercial loan portfolio, and maintaining strong community and business engagement.
