You must be willing to work odd shifts and rotate weekends to provide support to C-130J Production teams.Further Information About This OpportunityMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.This position is in Marietta, GA Discover Marietta.Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment. Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed. Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.Basic Qualifications• Experience in an Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, &/or Industrial Industry.• On-aircraft experience in testing and troubleshooting aircraft avionics and air vehicle systemsDesired Skills• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing) or equivalent experience• Knowledge or Experience with C-130J systems, manufacturing and assembly processes• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, and Power Point)• Professional experience in a manufacturing environment working cross functionally with other disciplines including design engineering, manufacturing planning, scheduling, facilities engineering, and industrial engineering• Experience working with aircraft wiring diagrams and drawings• Experience with Systems Engineering and Production Operations to quantify, validate and coordinate requirements• Experience with writing test documents, test equipment design and applications• Ability to mentor and teach individuals or small groups • Knowledge or Experience with Software Programming• Experience with Capital Planning process and requirements• Excellent writing and communication skills• Production planning and shop floor manager experience• Good communication and problem-solving skillsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
