Brooklyn Field Nurse - Lead In-Home Care & Care Plans
PEOPLE CARE
People Care seeks a Field Nurse to visit patients at home, assess needs, develop and maintain the plan of care, and supervise home health aides in accordance with 10 NYCRR Part 766. The role ensures safe and compliant care with field visits and scheduled in-office documentation sessions. The position is full-time and exempt, with headquarters in New York. You will report to the Director of Patient Services and collaboratively support care across New York City and Long Island. #J-18808-Ljbffr PEOPLE CARE
