Hose Solutions is seeking an Industrial Sales Representative (Salary Based) to develop and maintain relationships with customers in mining, utilities, agriculture, and other industrial sectors. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, recommending hose and accessory solutions for their projects, and managing sales opportunities from initial contact through follow-up. The position requires strong mechanical and industrial knowledge, computer skills, proactive customer engagement, the ability to travel, and the ability to think critically and solve problems independently.

Your Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Industrial projects
• Minimum Trade School or Degree
• 4 to 8 years of sales experience
• Must possess and maintain a safe driving record with a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle report

Your Skills

• Strong background in Industrial Projects or Pipe and Pumping Systems
• Knowledge of water wells and groundwater pumping in industries such as Utilities and Mining
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong Math and Comprehension
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with all levels of customers, vendors, and coworkers is essential
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Spanish is muy bueno también
• Experience using CRM
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Minimum 45 wpm typing skills
• A solid understanding and attention to detail of basic accounting, generating accurate Estimates, PO’s, and Invoices
• Strong Communication Skills

Your Responsibilities

• Focus on building relationships with new and existing customers
• Manage existing accounts independently
• Incoming and outgoing calls
• Initiate, drive, and close deals
• Travel 30-60%

Schedule

• Monday to Friday 8 am – 5 pm
