IAM Program Manager

IAM Security Engineer Location: Remote / Hybrid / Onsite USA Experience: 5-7 Years Visa- Job Summary: We are looking for a Mid-Level IAM Security Engineer to support and implement Identity and Access Management solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and IAM lifecycle management. Responsibilities:

• Support administration and implementation of IAM solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot SSO, MFA, authentication, and authorization.
• Integrate applications using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
• Manage users, groups, roles, access policies, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Support Okta and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD environments.
• Assist with user provisioning/deprovisioning and Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes.
• Support SailPoint or other IGA platforms for access governance.
• Assist with privileged access management using CyberArk/PAM.
• Troubleshoot IAM-related incidents and access issues.
• Develop basic automation using PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs.
• Support IAM audits, access reviews, compliance, and security initiatives.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams.

• 3-5 years of experience in IAM/Identity Security.
• Hands-on experience with Okta and/or Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Good understanding of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, and Active Directory.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, RBAC, provisioning, and deprovisioning.
• Knowledge of IAM lifecycle and JML processes.
• Exposure to SailPoint, CyberArk, or other IGA/PAM platforms.
• Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with REST APIs and cloud environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Okta/SailPoint certifications, CyberArk, AWS/Azure IAM, Zero Trust, and Terraform.
