• Validate test results, troubleshoot anomalies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration duties on laboratory instruments.
• Support specimen collection efforts and meticulously prepare samples for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document your procedures, helping train newer staff members while promoting a culture of quality assurance and excellence.
• Ensure the laboratory maintains a pristine and safe working environment while following regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a similar allied health field, coupled with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain active certification for the duration of your employment.
