Job Title

Registered Nurse – ICU / Float Pool (Travel Contract)

Location

Cartersville, GA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:00) | Every Other Weekend | On-Site

Key Responsibilities

• Function as hospital float pool staff, rotating throughout the facility as needed within scope of practice
• Provide primary nursing care in the Emergency Department hold area
• Deliver patient care in the Emergency Department and other units as assigned during float rotations
• Adhere to holiday work requirements as outlined in contract terms
• Complete all required orientation modules and compliance documentation within designated deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Willingness and ability to float throughout the facility including the Emergency Department
• Availability to work every other weekend
• All requested time off must be finalized at time of submission; no schedule changes permitted post-offer or post-start
• Full compliance with onboarding requirements must be completed by the Tuesday prior to start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience welcomed; first-time travelers are accepted
• Experience in both ICU and Emergency Department settings
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-unit float pool environment
