Job Description We are seeking a motivated Scientist to join the Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) group within the Pharmacokinetics, Dynamics, Metabolism and Bioanalytics (PDMB) organization at our Research & Development Division in West Point, PA. The primary responsibility of this role is to support drug discovery and development programs through the execution of in vitro ADME/DMPK assays and generation of high-quality quantitative bioanalytical data. The successful candidate will work under guidance to conduct experiments that characterize drug metabolism and disposition with a strong emphasis on LC‑MS‑based bioanalysis and contribute data to inform project decisions. This position is primarily laboratory‑based and emphasizes technical rigor, reproducibility, and data quality. The candidate will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to assay execution, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization, including the application of LC‑MS technologies and emerging automation tools. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to develop expertise in DMPK sciences within a collaborative and fast‑paced research environment. Education Requirement Bachelor's degree with 1‑3 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 0‑2 years of relevant experience in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related discipline. Salary Range $87,300.00 – $137,400.00 This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
