Job Title: CT Technologist
Location: Gastonia, NC
Type: Contract | 13 Weeks

Pay Rate: $62 - $68/hour

Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | 36 Hours Per Week

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a CT Technologist for an exciting Local job in Gastonia, NC.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and departmental protocols.

• Produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

• Administer IV contrast and monitor patients during procedures as appropriate.

• Evaluate images for diagnostic quality and accuracy.

• Maintain compliance with radiation safety and infection control standards.

• Perform diagnostic radiology procedures as needed.

• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and healthcare team members.

• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.

• Deliver exceptional customer service using AIDET communication principles.

• Participate in on-call coverage and float assignments as required.

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT Certification with CT Credential – R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT).

• Previous CT Technologist experience required.

• Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy.

• Excellent patient care and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced imaging environment.

• Flexibility to float between facilities as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• IV competency and contrast administration experience.

• Experience with Siemens Force CT Scanner.

• Experience with GE HD 750 CT Scanner.

• Experience in special imaging techniques.

• Knowledge of imaging equipment operation and troubleshooting.

• Experience working in acute care or hospital-based imaging departments.

Additional Requirements

• On-call approximately 2 times per month.

• Floating required between Gastonia and Belmont locations as needed.
