About the Role:
Southern Steer Butcher in Concord, OH is looking for a passionate and friendly Customer Service Associate to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a specialty butcher shop where quality meats and exceptional customer experiences are at the heart of everything we do. Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional manner
Help customers select cuts of meat, marinades, and specialty products based on their needs
Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and display cases
Package and label meat products according to store standards
Answer customer questions about product sourcing, preparation, and cooking techniques
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations
