Southern Steer Butcher in Concord, OH is looking for a passionate and friendly Customer Service Associate to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a specialty butcher shop where quality meats and exceptional customer experiences are at the heart of everything we do. If you love food, people, and a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional manner
- Help customers select cuts of meat, marinades, and specialty products based on their needs
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and display cases
- Package and label meat products according to store standards
- Answer customer questions about product sourcing, preparation, and cooking techniques
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations
