We’re Hiring: Estate Manager

Location: Los Angeles

Full-time | Monday–Friday, with flexibility as needed

Compensation: Negotiable D.O.E.

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence and support additional properties in Southern California and New York as needed.

We are a highly dynamic household seeking an experienced, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. This role is ideal for someone who is both a leader and a doer — able to manage household staff, vendors, events, pets, vehicles, and property needs with professionalism, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail, while ensuring the home runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily household and estate operations
• Manage and support household staff, schedules, and workflow
• Coordinate vendors, maintenance, repairs, and household projects
• Manage property projects, including renovations, utility service upgrades, repairs, and related vendor coordination
• Prepare the home for principals, guests, dinner parties, and events
• Assist with event planning, setup, service flow, and follow-up
• Oversee pet care and vehicle maintenance
• Manage household supplies, inventory, invoices, and records
• Occasionally travel to satellite properties in Southern California and New York
• Maintain confidentiality and a high standard of service at all times
• Welcome last-minute changes and pivots with a positive attitude, responding quickly and effectively to shifting needs and priorities.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as an Estate Manager, House Manager, or similar private service role
• Hands-on, proactive, and highly organized
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable managing staff, vendors, events, pets, and vehicles
• Flexible for occasional evenings, weekends, and travel
• Valid driver’s license preferred
