Bilingual Last‑Mile Box Truck Driver (Non‑CDL)

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (with occasional extended hours as assigned)

You start your morning by reviewing the day’s manifest, checking your company box truck or cargo van, and confirming delivery instructions. After a quick safety walk‑around and DOT-compliant inspection, you load product using a liftgate, secure the freight, and set out on your route. At each stop, you greet customers, communicate clearly (bilingual communication a plus), deliver product safely, and capture any notes on delivery conditions. You stay mindful of traffic laws and company safety protocols throughout.

Back at the end of your route, you return the vehicle, devices, and any equipment, report any incidents or maintenance needs, and log customer feedback. On days without deliveries, you shift gears to support the warehouse: unloading containers, moving boxes (averaging 50 lbs), and helping the team keep things running smoothly.

• Operate a company-provided box truck or cargo van to complete scheduled deliveries safely.
• Follow traffic laws, delivery instructions, and all company safety policies.
• Load and unload using a liftgate; secure loads properly before departure.
• Return the vehicle, equipment, and company devices at the end of each assignment.
• Report vehicle issues, incidents, or customer concerns promptly.
• Support warehouse operations when not on the road: unload containers and move boxes.
• Lift, push, and move boxes averaging 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Adhere to assigned schedules and designated meal breaks.

• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required).
• Comfort operating a liftgate and using delivery equipment.
• Ability to consistently handle heavy products.
• Reliability with a strong safety mindset.
• Clear communication and a team-first attitude; bilingual skills helpful for customer interactions.

This role blends time behind the wheel with hands-on warehouse work. Expect physically active tasks and frequent heavy lifting.
