This position is thoroughly clinic-based and subject to operating hours between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. Qualification:

• RBT certified
• Dedicated to serving and caring for our families
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Excellent attendance and diligent work ethic
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work without constant supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities:

• Primarily working one-on-one with kids with autism
• Having at least experience working in the ABA or related field
• Dedicated to serving and caring for our families
• Passionate about serving kids with autism
• Creative and skilled with naturalistic teaching strategies

Compensation:

• Competitive compensation.
• $500 Sign-on bonus for full-time RBT-certified candidates.
• Paid training program for BT trainees.
• $2,000 annual attendance and retention bonus (paid quarterly).
