Summary of position: As Director of Social Services you would be responsible for providing social services (social work) to residents. This includes evaluating residents, identifying areas of concern and coordinating services with the interdisciplinary team as well as contacting community resources as needed. The Director of Social Services will have a strong managerial background as he/she will oversee case management services for residents and review resident status. Requirements of the position: Required Education And Experience Bachelor’s Degree in social work (SW) or social welfare from an accredited academic institution At least 1-year experience in health care setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer proficiency with Microsoft products Preferred Education And Experience Current state license as a Social Worker Experience in outpatient rehabilitation preferred Experience in a fast-paced environment Post-acute care or health care experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Bedrock Healthcare
