Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license for the state of Ohio.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered.
• Prior experience working with school-aged children or in a school-based environment is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other service professionals.
• Proficient in assessment, individualized education program (IEP) development, and therapy documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEP goals.
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language challenges.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, progress reports, and records in compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social success.
• Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and professional development as required.
