Job Description

As a Technician, you will play a critical role in the assembly of electrical control panels, junction boxes, and wire harnesses based on engineering prints. Your primary responsibility will be to physically assemble, wire, and test control panels for industrial equipment, ensuring precision and quality in every detail. From fabricating controls to the final testing phase, you will be involved in the entire process, guaranteeing that all components are mounted correctly, wired accurately, and tested thoroughly for optimal performance. Your meticulous attention to detail and adherence to company policies and procedures will be key in delivering top-notch automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Physically assemble, wire, and test control panels for industrial equipment.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Essential Skills

• Experience with electrical wiring and assembly.

• Proficiency in using hand tools for strip and crimp assembly.

• Knowledge of panel building and wiring.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates start at $17, while skilled assembly and electrical wiring experience is valued at $19.

Work Environment

Work is conducted during the 1st shift, from 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract position based out of Hixson, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
