Customer Service Intern The Customer Service Intern provides support for the organization's customers by providing the highest level of customer service possible. Responsibilities And Duties: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, production) to resolve issues Provide timely follow-up and maintain strong customer relationships Enter and maintain accurate data in relevant systems Support additional administrative or customer service tasks as needed Provide information to the customers regarding: order status, product availability, product pricing, bill of materials Other duties as assigned Qualifications And Skills: Minimum Qualifications: Currently pursuing an associate degree Strong problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Previous internship experience Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Willingness to learn and adapt quickly Strong problem-solving skills Commitment to providing a high level of customer service Work Authorization Crane Pumps & Systems will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
