Location: near Broomfield, CO Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Benefits Job Type: Full-Time | on-site Typical Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week Start Date: ASAP Sponsorship is not available Quality Manager, Food & Beverage Manufacturing Description Our client in food and beverage manufacturing is looking for a Quality Manager to join their team near Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will take ownership of the company’s food safety and quality systems, including SQF compliance, audits, CAPAs, certifications, and customer requirements. You will work closely with operations, R&D, procurement, sales, and logistics to help bring new and private-label products to market while meeting customer, food-safety, and regulatory requirements. Our client is looking for someone with quality experience in food, beverage, or ingredient manufacturing, including experience owning and maintaining an SQF, BRC, or comparable GFSI food-safety and quality system, along with hands‑on HACCP, CAPA, audit leadership, and FDA/FSMA compliance experience. To be successful, you must be comfortable wearing multiple hats and partnering with a collaborative team to find practical solutions without compromising compliance. Quality Manager, Food & Beverage Manufacturing Responsibilities Own and maintain SQF/GFSI food safety and quality systems Lead internal, third-party, customer, and certification audits Maintain HACCP plans, quality records, and compliance documentation Manage CAPAs, root-cause investigations, holds, and nonconformances Maintain Organic, Gluten-Free, non-GMO, Halal, and other programs Review FDA labeling and support supplier and packaging compliance Monitor FSVP, import, and applicable regulatory requirements Train employees on quality, food safety, GMP, and compliance protocols Partner with operations, procurement, logistics, sales, and R&D Quality Manager, Food & Beverage Manufacturing Qualifications 4+ years of quality experience in food, beverage or ingredient manufacturing required Experience owning and maintaining a GFSI food-safety and quality system required Experience leading internal, third-party, customer, and/or certification audits required Experience with HACCP programs, CAPA, and FDA/FSMA compliance required Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality, document-control, and/or ERP systems required #J-18808-Ljbffr
