About the Role:
STAMPER DEVELOPMENT GROUP LLC is looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead operations at our Sneads Ferry, NC location. This is an exciting opportunity to take the helm of a dynamic organization, inspire a talented team, and make a real impact on day-to-day success and long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily business operations and ensure efficiency across all departments
- Lead, mentor, and manage staff to drive performance and maintain a positive workplace culture
- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet company goals and revenue targetBuild and maintain strong relation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership/operations role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
- Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in strategic planning and executing operational goals
- Proficiency with business management software and reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, not required
