Job Summary Full‑Time Registered Nurse Procedure Coordinator, Newport News, VA. This position manages registry compliance, establishes a database, coordinates case schedules for five providers, oversees patient pipelines, and navigates patients from referral through procedure to follow‑up to ensure meaningful patient experiences and ongoing health maintenance for a high‑risk population. Location: Newport News, VA Work Shift: First (Days) – Monday‑Friday 8:00‑4:30 p.m. or 8:30‑5:00 p.m. In‑office. No nights, holidays, or weekends. Sign‑On Bonus: All qualified candidates can receive up to $10,000. Responsibilities Maintain registry compliance. Establish and manage a database for patient pipelines. Coordinate case schedules for five providers and all required documentation. Navigate patients through referral, procedure, and follow‑up to ensure meaningful patient experiences and ongoing health maintenance for a high‑risk population. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). RN license in Virginia or Compact/Multistate license. Minimum three years related clinical experience.
