Production Supervisor
The Judge Group
Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Production Supervisor in Warren, MI area! This role is responsible for supervising a small team of production employees, ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, and food safety compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, focusing on dips and container filling
- Lead, train, and support a team of production staff
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Monitor equipment and processes to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SQF policies and food safety regulations (certification not required)
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Sanitation, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Experience in food manufacturing
- Working knowledge of SQF standards and food safety practices
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
