What You’ll Do Direct Client Support Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs Teach communication, social, and daily living skills Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Track Progress & Maintain Quality Collect, organize, and document session data accurately Collaborate & Communicate Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families Participating in team meetings and ongoing training Support Operations Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed Requirements Required High school diploma or GED 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles) Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review Preferred Experience in childcare, education, or related fields Experience working with children or adolescents Prior exposure to ABA services Position-Specific Items Behavior Technician (BT): Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting (hands‑on supervision), and pass the RBT exam within 45 days (up to 3 weeks total) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands‑on supervision) (up to 2 weeks total) Training availability (BT / RBT): Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Benefits 21 paid days off (15 days of PTO, which increases with tenure, plus 6 holidays) Medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life insurance Generous 401(k) with up to 6% employer match Mentoring for team members who wish to become BCBAs Paid Registered Behavior Technician training CEU reimbursement Tuition reimbursement Mileage reimbursement at the current IRS standard rate Opportunity for full-tuition scholarship to Temple University’s Master’s in ABA program Performance bonus potential Career Advancement – Level Up Program: Structured growth to RBT Level 2 and Level 3 ($1/hour pay increase per level upon competency completion); Apprenticeship program: training and supervision hours provided; Tuition reimbursement (up to $2,500 per semester); Professional development opportunities for certification; Paid RBT training; Mentorship toward BCBA certification Additional bonus: $5,000 bonus for referring BCBAs to work with us; $500 bonus for referring RBTs to work with us ABA Centers is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to building an inclusive workplace free from discrimination.
