Greet every customer who approaches the counter with a warm, welcoming smile.

Process repair orders and final payments accurately and efficiently.

Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate service advisor.

Balance your cash drawer at the end of each shift with precision.

Maintain an organized and clean workspace that reflects our commitment to professionalism.

File service paperwork securely and keep digital records up to date.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Clear and professional verbal communication skills.

Basic math and data entry proficiency.

Ability to remain calm and helpful during busy periods.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
