New Hire Experience & Onboarding Specialist

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to deliver a best-in-class new hire experience. You will be the primary contact for Brycon and hiring managers, guiding candidates through pre-employment steps, coordinating IT equipment, PPE, and first-day logistics, and leading biweekly orientation sessions for HQ and regional participants. Reporting to the Compliance Senior Manager in HR, you will partner with Recruiting, HRBP, and Talent Development to collect feedback, implement #J-18808-Ljbffr HITT Contracting Inc.
