District Manager

Automotive Management OpportunityGroup of five busy automotive repair shops within the north shore of MA (Boston) with the strong possibility of more shops being added on in the near future. Job Description: The right candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial mentality and will be tasked with finding the Manager/Face of the locations they oversee. Candidate will be directly interacting with customers as well as coaching and leading their direct reports and teams. Management experience in the automotive industry a plus but willing to train the right candidate. A proven track record of increasing sales is a must for this position. Deep understanding of accountability in the work place and leading from the front is a must. Candidate will need to be a self starter who takes ownership for their locations and drives results. A strong background in leadership, sales and the customer experience will translate well.
