Learn more about us here: About the Role The Senior Business Developer focused on Informatica is responsible for leading end-to-end consultative sales cycles for the Informatica solutions and services portfolio — including IDMC, PowerCenter, MDM, Data Quality, and Data Governance. This individual will act as the primary strategic point of contact for enterprise accounts, combining technical depth with business acumen to deliver measurable value and sustainable revenue growth. Activities Prospect, qualify, and develop commercial opportunities for the Informatica portfolio (IDMC, MDM, Data Quality, Data Governance, PowerCenter) across enterprise and mid-market accounts. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent opportunity generation and alignment with commercial targets. Lead complex consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including C-Level executives, IT, Data Office, Legal, and Procurement teams. Develop tailored commercial proposals, business cases, and ROI frameworks according to each client’s business needs, industry, and data maturity level. Position Informatica solutions against key competitors through strategic market analysis and strong technical-commercial reasoning. Support go-to-market strategies across priority industries such as Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Telecommunications. Identify high-value business use cases for Data Integration, Data Quality, MDM, Data Governance, and AI/Analytics initiatives within the Informatica ecosystem. Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful commercial execution. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, CDOs, Data Leaders, Enterprise Architects, and IT stakeholders. Conduct executive discovery workshops, value demonstration sessions, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for technical and non-technical audiences. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and Informatica ecosystem initiatives to expand market presence and strategic partnerships. Work alongside strategic partners (GSIs, SIs, and ISVs) to expand commercial reach, delivery capabilities, and business opportunities. Technical Requirements 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B software/SaaS sales, with focus on complex consultative sales cycles and enterprise accounts. Proven experience with Informatica solutions, including IDMC, PowerCenter, MDM, Data Quality, Data Governance, or related products. Strong understanding of Data Integration concepts and architectures, including ETL/ELT, APIs, iPaaS, CDC, streaming, and batch processing. Knowledge of Data Governance frameworks and concepts such as Data Catalog, Lineage, Stewardship, and DAMA-DMBOK principles. Understanding of Data Quality processes including profiling, cleansing, matching, deduplication, and governance metrics. Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts, hub architectures, and Customer/Product/Supplier data domains. Experience positioning enterprise data solutions against competitors such as Talend, MuleSoft, Microsoft Purview, SAP MDG, and Ataccama. Strong experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling, or equivalent. Proven ability to manage enterprise negotiations, procurement processes, and multi-stakeholder sales environments. Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences. Fluent English required; Spanish is considered a plus. Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, AWS Glue, or Google BigQuery is highly desirable. Experience collaborating with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and strategic partners such as Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, or Capgemini is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr MJV Technology & Innovation
