Redington-Fairview General Hospital (RFGH) is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics experience to join our dedicated and patient-centered Family Medicine Team at Skowhegan Family Medicine. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values comprehensive rural medicine, enjoys building meaningful patient relationships, and wants to make a lasting impact in a supportive community.

Position Overview

As part of our established practice, you will provide full-spectrum Family Medicine, including prenatal care and obstetric deliveries, while caring for patients across all stages of life. You will join a collaborative team of seven experienced Family Medicine physicians, ensuring strong peer support and shared patient coverage.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Eligible for medical licensure
• Ability to provide obstetric care and deliveries
• In-patient newborn and pediatric hospital services
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine
• Must obtain board certification within the timeframe established by the appropriate specialty board
• Commitment to patient-centered, community-focused care
