What You’ll Be Doing: Visit job sites to inspect flooring, tile, countertop, and construction-related claims. Assess installation concerns, damage, and workmanship issues to determine root causes. Communicate findings clearly with customers, contractors, and internal teams. Document claims thoroughly with notes, photos, and detailed reports. Coordinate resolutions and help guide projects toward successful outcomes. Balance technical assessments with professional customer service and conflict resolution. What You Bring: Construction industry experience, ideally in flooring, tile, countertops, remodeling, or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess situations objectively. Clear customer communication skills with homeowners, contractors, and project stakeholders.
