Plastic Reconstructive Surgery Area Business Manager- Mid Atlantic

Becton Dickinson seeks an Area Business Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region to drive sales growth and market share for plastic surgery medical devices across seven states. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, cultivating relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals, managing customer contracts, and analyzing market opportunities. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, minimum five years of surgical device sales experience preferably in plastic or reconstructive surgery, and willingness to travel extensively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quotas for plastic surgery products in Mid-Atlantic region
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, practice managers, and healthcare professionals
- Identify new business opportunities and expand product line market penetration
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for customers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy adjustments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related scientific field
- Minimum 5 years surgical device sales experience
- Experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, or reconstructive surgery preferred
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and grow market share
- Strong customer relationship building skills across organizational levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record; up to 75% travel capability
Compensation: $175,849-$290,151 base plus incentive
