Drivers! Non-CDL
HW Staffing Solutions is currently seeking reliable non-CDL drivers for a dedicated route starting in Sturbridge, MA and delivering to Bohemia, NY. The position will require driving a 25ft Box Truck.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday (early AM-12-hour shifts)
- Start Location: Sturbridge, MA
- Route: Sturbridge, MA → Bohemia, NY
- Pay: $280 per day
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (no CDL required)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to handle long-distance routes and maintain professionalism on the road
- Paid weekly: Monday (paper check) or Tuesday (direct deposit)
- After 90 days: 401K, dental, vision, paid holidays, and company-paid long-term, short-term, and life insurance.
- After 1 year: 1-week paid vacation.
- Must possess a minimum of 18 months of verifiable straight truck or tractor/trailer driving experience within the last 3 years.
- Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Must be open to obtaining a valid DOT medical card if hired
