Grinder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

• Performs work grinding, cleaning, smoothing, and finishing welded metal parts using hand grinders and power tools.
• Removes excess weld material, burrs, and sharp edges to ensure products meet quality standards and are ready for fabrication, painting, or final assembly.
• Inspects completed work for quality and follows all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Grinder Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, metal fabrication, or grinding experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate hand grinders, power tools, and other shop equipment
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
