Senior Community Manager: Lease-Up & Operations Leader

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager in Newport Beach to oversee day-to-day property operations for a 270-unit lease-up community. The role leads a team, manages budgets, and ensures compliance with housing regulations while achieving occupancy and revenue goals. The position requires 3–5 years of Community Manager experience, lease-up and Yardi proficiency, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
