Construction Superintendent

Trellis Development | Southeast Idaho | Full-Time Roots Down. Buildings Up. Trellis Development is looking for a Construction Superintendent to lead commercial and tenant improvement projects across southeast Idaho. This is a hands‑on field leadership role for someone who takes ownership of the job site from mobilization through closeout. What you’ll do: Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction and TI projects Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics Enforce safety, quality, and code compliance on site Communicate daily with project management on progress, issues, and schedule Maintain daily logs, punch lists, and site documentation Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and AHJs What we’re looking for: 2–5 years of experience as a superintendent or lead field supervisor on commercial projects Strong working knowledge of commercial construction sequencing, trades coordination, and code requirements Ability to read plans/specs and manage multiple trades on site Clear communicator, organized, and comfortable managing a fast‑paced schedule Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites across southeast Idaho What we offer: Full-time salaried position with benefits A growing local development company with strong project pipeline Direct involvement in projects from preconstruction through completion #J-18808-Ljbffr
