We are excited to announce the upcoming opening of a new Family Medicine clinic serving the Palmdale community. Our mission is to provide compassionate, high quality, patient care to individuals and family of all ages. We are currently building our team and seeking dedicated healthcare professionals who are passionate about patient care and excited about helping shape a new clinic.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Medical Office Specialist. This position will be based out of our new Palmdale clinic. This position is responsible for overall functioning of the medical office. Duties include but not limited to: check in and check out of patients, scheduling, canceling and rescheduling patient visits based on established guidelines, confirming patient appointments daily for next day, verifying insurance authorizations, maintaining medical records, and responsible for supply management. This position requires the ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Experience/Training/Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Certifications/Licenses: Current BLS/CPR certification required. Other Skills and Abilities: Demonstrates compliance with Healthcare policies and procedures at all times. Ability to set priorities and appropriately organize workload and complete assignments in a timely manner. Demonstrates ability to relate to clinical personnel and medical staff, as well as ability to interact well with the public. Must have knowledge of PC and applications. Answers phone calls and routes to appropriate party. Assists providers to stay on schedule. Alerts patients of delays. Reviews patient registration forms for accuracy.
