Job Requirements and Duties You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. You must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery. You must be able to navigate a designated delivery area, read maps, and locate addresses within multi‑story buildings. Operate all delivery equipment. Stock ingredients, prepare products, and take inventory. Receive and process telephone orders and handle cash transactions accurately. Qualifications Ability to read and write instructions in English. Verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Ability to make correct monetary change. Motor coordination for precise movements on a computer or touch screen. Essential Functions & Skills Accurate and quick arithmetic using a calculator if needed. Proper handling of monetary transactions. Proficiency in verbal, written, and telephone communication for order processing. Manual dexterity to perform precise tasks swiftly. Keyboard or touch‑screen proficiency for order entry. Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather conditions during outside tasks. Temperature ranges from 36°F in coolers to 90°F+ in certain areas. Sudden temperature changes both inside and outside. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and cramped spaces such as walk‑in coolers. Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Sensing & Temperaments Effective talking and hearing on the telephone. Near and mid‑range vision for most tasks. Depth perception and ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces. Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others under stress, meet quality controls, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments.
