About the Team The Marketing team at Chargebee is a collaborative group of strategists and creators dedicated to driving global growth and brand awareness. You will join a supportive international team that values diverse perspectives and encourages professional development through hands‑on project ownership. About the role This six-month Marketing internship offers the opportunity to join the marketing team to help bring our North American marketing campaigns to life. You’ll gain hands‑on experience managing projects across digital and offline channels while collaborating with teams across the business. Areas you’ll support: Integrated marketing campaigns Regional events and webinars Direct mail and gifting programs Lead attribution and campaign analysis AI-powered marketing workflows Project timelines and creative briefs Cross‑functional Partnerships initiatives What you'll bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (completed or in progress). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in using generative AI tools to assist with copywriting, research, or task automation. Strong analytical skills with an interest in data interpretation and performance reporting. Excellent written and oral communication skills for collaborating with international stakeholders. A proactive mindset with a commitment to learning new marketing technologies and methodologies. Nice to have Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management systems. Experience using AI-powered data visualization tools to translate complex datasets into actionable insights. Basic understanding of lead scoring models and marketing attribution frameworks. Previous exposure to the B2B SaaS industry or high-growth technology environments. Compensation The hourly rate for this six month internship is $19.00. Chargebee is committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation packages. The final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience/qualifications, location, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
