Estimator

A $300M, 150-person high-end residential general contracting firm with a prestigious portfolio spanning Manhattan, the Hamptons, Los Angeles, and Florida. Responsible for building some of the most exclusive residential projects in the country — and now looking for a Senior Estimator to join the team! Responsibilities Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with bid preparation Review and interpret architectural plans and specifications Manage subcontractor and vendor pricing Analyze budget vs. actual cost variances Build and improve estimating templates and processes Attend architect, client, and project walkthroughs Identify scope gaps and cost exposures Support full preconstruction efforts Long-term, you'll have the opportunity to grow into estimating and preconstruction leadership — working alongside world-class architects, designers, and engineers on elite projects. Qualifications 5–10+ years of estimating experience in residential construction (required) Strong takeoff skills and a proven track record of estimating accuracy Proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam; Procore and PlanSwift a strong plus Read and mark up complex plans and specifications Leadership-minded with a long-term, loyalty-first mentality Luxury or high-end residential background is a significant advantage Hands‑on field experience is valued heavily Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: $130,000–$160,000 | Up to $180,000 for the right experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
