Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Search Marketing to lead the PPC and SEO teams. You will own channel strategy, budgets, and client results, while strategists handle execution. This is a management seat, not an IC role. You will establish audits, reporting standards, and ensure GA4 accuracy.
