HELP BUILD SOMETHING EXCEPTIONAL

An established, physician-led healthcare and aesthetics group is expanding into South Florida with the launch of a new luxury longevity, wellness and regenerative medicine practice in Fort Lauderdale.

We’re looking for an experienced Master Aesthetic Injector to become a key part of the practice from the ground up—delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes, building lasting patient relationships and helping establish our reputation as a premier destination for aesthetics and longevity in South Florida.

This is an opportunity for an injector who wants more than a treatment schedule. You’ll have the ability to help shape the aesthetic practice, grow with the business and work alongside a collaborative medical team bringing aesthetics, wellness and longevity together under one roof.

THE ROLE

You’ll provide highly personalized aesthetic consultations and treatments with an emphasis on natural-looking results, patient education and long-term treatment planning.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and facial assessments
• Develop individualized short- and long-term treatment plans
• Perform advanced injectable treatments safely and confidently
• Educate patients on treatment options, expectations and ongoing care
• Build strong, long-term patient relationships that drive retention and referrals
• Collaborate closely with our physician and clinical team
• Help establish treatment protocols and elevate the overall patient experience
• Support the growth and reputation of the aesthetics practice

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

3+ years of aesthetic injecting experience required , with advanced experience in:

• Neuromodulators, including Botox®, Dysport® and Daxxify®
• Dermal fillers and facial balancing
• Biostimulators, including Sculptra® and Radiesse®
• Advanced facial assessment and treatment planning

Experience with PRP/PRF, regenerative treatments and energy-based devices is preferred.

We’re especially interested in someone who combines exceptional clinical skill with a warm, consultative approach and understands how to create an elevated patient experience.

The ideal candidate is also excited to continue learning and expand their expertise across longevity, regenerative medicine and whole-patient wellness .

COMPENSATION

Total annual compensation of approximately $150,000 , based on experience and clinical expertise, with additional earning potential through performance-based incentives.

Full-Time | In Person | Fort Lauderdale, FL
